I gotta admit, I feel kind of bad for Microsoft on this one. Lots o' bad reviews on their supposed iPod-killer, the Zune. Wireless support leaves a lot to be desired, it's not podcast-friendly and seems to be in sitting squarely in the back pocket of the big music companies. Well, this didn't take long. I was wondering when DJ Hojo would do a remix of the audio from this weekend's controversial racist rant by Seinfeld star, Michael Richards. And lo and behold...here it is. It flawlessly weaves all of Richards career from Seinfeld to UHF, to his outburst this past weekend as well as the double standard between black and white comedians with samples from yet another controversial skit by Dave Chappelle. PLEASE NOTE: The audio file does contain the "N word", but a black person uses it, so that means it's ok.

Wow...I knew Kramer was crazy, but not this crazy. Apparently, the former Seinfeld star went crazy onstage during a show at the Laugh Factory in LA over the weekend and started hurling racial epithets to some hecklers in the crowd.

What is with big corporations making rock songs? I have to say, as I watched this, I think I threw up in my mouth - just a little bit. The guy singing has a semi-decent voice, but then again, so did David Brent. This might be as bad, if not worse, than the Starbucks "We Built This Starbucks" song from a few years back. I played some XBOX 360 NHL Hockey over the weekend with Bryan from Hometown Tales, so, of course, I had to post this for this week's Caption This. Have at it!
It's a crossover cast, everybody! Two of our favorite New Jersey residents stop by the Nobby Annex for a combocast. Bryan and Gene from Hometown Tales join Nora, Neil and I for a special after tattoo podcast. I have a terrible cold and pretty much lose control of what's happening on the show, but it's interesting to hear voices you are used to hearing on seperate casts on one cast, isn't it? It's pretty much free-form all the way with some local colloquialisms and also a local story about the "Reformed Hobo". enjoy!
As many of you may know, I was the proud winner of the Hometown Tales "Design Bryan's Tattoo Contest". Both Bryan and Gene came to Cleveland on November 10, 2006 and fufilled the contest -- getting my art forever etched onto Bryan's skin. I still haven't wrapped my head around the idea that someone has my artwork on their body for the rest of their lives, but I'm sure after this head cold is gone, it will hit home. We then wined and dined Bryan and Gene all over town ending in a sugar bender that we shall never speak about again.
