Check this out. I had read a few years ago about how lobsters were possibly going extinct due to the huge demand for their tasty flesh. Well, no one was sadder than I, a self-proclaimed lobster aficianado. In fact, I talked to my sisters about buying a lobster farm. (No joke.) Well, worry no longer.
