Every day is an education.

Apparently, the kebabs we talked about on a previous show are not shiskebabs as folks in the States are familar with, but something that looks like a Gyro sandwich:

It would be very difficult to anyone to get impaled on that, I would think.

  1. Great post. The rest of the world seems to have got it right. It's Kebabs...or even kebaaab (a hard e).

    In the US I saw Kebobs signs all over, and I thought there was a typo, but that's a lot of typos!

    I wonder what other foods we make a mockery of. Perhaps tacos aren't even tacos!
